This page describes what happens with the details you choose to send through the review request form on this site.
What we collect
- Your name, email address, business website, and the growth challenge you describe.
- Your business name and category, if you choose to add them.
- Basic context about the request: the page it was sent from, the referring address your browser reports, and any campaign tags in the link you used.
How we use it
We use it to reply to you, confirm the review scope by email, and keep track of the conversation. We do not sell it and we do not add you to a marketing list from this form.
Keeping the form secure
To prevent spam and automated abuse, we store limited technical information alongside your request. This includes a hashed identifier derived from your email address and, where our hosting provides it, your network address, plus short-lived records that count recent submissions from the same source. These are used only to protect the form, not to profile you or to advertise to you.
Where it is stored
Requests are stored in the private database behind this site. Only the Roomramp owner account can read them.
